If you would like to reserve the Casa America, please email Bob and request specific dates. He or an associate will respond within 48 hours and let you know if they are available.
You will then need to mail a check or money order for half the projected rent amount to :

Write "Attn: Janene-Deposit" on the back of the envelope.
As soon as you have done so, please email Bob at bobmccormick @etahoe.com and tell him the date you mailed it and the amount. As soon as he receives confirmation that the deposit has arrived , he will confirm your reservation by email.
If the deposit has not arrived within 5 days of your initial request the rental will be available to others requesting those dates. You can pay the balance of the rent when you check in, in US dollars, please. We do not accept checks or credit cards in Yelapa.
